  • Your perceptions control your behaviours
  • The stories you keep telling yourself come from
  • The ‘why’ you sabotage yourself
  • Your lack of self-worth or self-esteem come from.

Your perception of me is a reflection of you …

You are probably thinking … why is this important for me to know?  Well … because you may be getting in the way of conquering that one thing in your life that you haven’t been able to conquer?

Or … that you are getting in your way of success and sabotaging that

  • perfect relationship
  • dream career
  • or your success.

Whatever it is for you … we all need to work on something. But the problem is this … we don’t take time to slow down, pause and reflect. Then how can we possibly come to know our deepest desires and aspirations?

Opportunities don’t happen, you create them …

If you feel lost, stuck, stressed, overwhelmed and dissatisfied with life, and you just don’t know what to do about it, then it’s time to tap into your true wisdom to unlock your full potential and become more desirable, happy, motivated, adventurous and start to believe in you! Your greatest asset.

The consequence of not tapping into that deeper part of our thinking is that we remain the same and not tap into possibilities or true potential.

You see when it comes to improving your life for the better, understanding your unconscious mind is one of the most crucial things you can do because it holds many of the beliefs which influence your behaviour on a day-to-day basis.

Some of these beliefs are positive and will help you to achieve the things you want out of life. Other beliefs, however, are negative and will make it harder for you to achieve the things you want.

Once you learn how the unconscious mind works, you can then take action to reprogram your mind so that you can limit or overcome the effects of your negative beliefs and create new positive empowering beliefs to replace them.

Your strongest muscle and worst enemy is your mind, so train it well …

It is totally important to understand that in order to make a deep long-term change in the patterns you have, ideas, perceptions, worldviews and beliefs … you must change the paradigms you have in your unconscious mind.

With anything it takes time and commitment just like going to the gym and working out, you don’t build muscle overnight, well … it’s the same with mental muscle, you have to be consistent and be repetitive in your mental work to create a long-lasting mind shift. But the first thing before you start your mental regime is to know exactly what you want. What is your end in mind? In other words, what is it that you want to improve and get as specific as possible or you will just create confusion for yourself. And if you come up with a few goals to focus on, then pick the one that is of great importance to you.

You are confined only by the walls you build yourself …

Now … once you are clear about what you want you have to reveal your unconscious patterns and stories that are stopping you from achieving your goal. What is preventing you from getting your goal? Allow your unconscious mind to spill the beans and see what is holding you back. How? Be quiet. Sit still. Ask the right questions and trust what is coming to mind … you will find the answer you seek for your question.

Neuroscience research explains that when your brain is in alpha state it is open to receive messages. We can achieve this by creating a new story or affirmation to shift the old one out and the way you can do that is once you are in bed relaxed and starting to doze off, you can convey the new message before you go to sleep or when you first wake up … so that it is the last thing you feed your mind, and the first thing you feed your mind and do that every day!

The possibilities are numerous once we decide to act on them …

Imagine the end in mind, imagine the result. Create a desired image in your mind and imagine how your life is going to look like when you have it. Fill your image with colour, sound and feelings, the more you add to it the more the vision will come to life, your unconscious mind can’t tell the difference between what is real or what is not real.

When you stimulate a gigantic sense of ‘excitement’ with imagination, a protein is released along with neurotransmitters when the impulses cross the synaptic cleft. This action causes you to react with the neurotransmission in a much more intense way.

Once you are lit up like a Christmas tree … a way to lock this new program that creates a new long-lasting neuronal wiring is for you to use it at least for 30 days in a row, every single night and there are no exceptions!

Once you dive in and are experiencing these powerful and positive emotions, it is the PERFECT time to connect it to the affirmation you want to achieve the most. Creating new neuronal pathway and shaping your new reality is more important than a reality show on TV, so switch off the box a few minutes earlier, and use the time to create a new you!
