The present that is you in the here and now is the pattern interrupt of the wave of infinite possibility traveling from the future.

There is a wave of infinite possibility traveling from the future and one traveling from the past. When these two collide, they create an interference pattern.

This inference is you in the present now.

From lack to gratitude and abundance

‘As we embrace the emotion ahead of the environment, we are signalling the gene ahead of the environment,’ Dr Joe Dispenza once stated.

What Dispenza describes is that when we become awake that we don’t have what we want in our lives, we experience the emotion of ‘lack’. However, when we become aware that we have what we want, we experience the emotion of ‘abundance’ and ‘gratitude’.

The more time we invest on what we don’t have, the more we are creating a loop of thoughts and emotions that bring us more of that emotion of ‘lack’. Therefore, we are creating images, stories and beliefs in our mind as to why we don’t have what we want. It just reinforces the absence of not having it.

We are, in fact, creating a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Then, we find ourselves stuck.

We seek for answers externally of us, creating the same experience over and over again. Then we wonder why we are not lucky or why we experience bad luck.

Believe it or not, we are the ones who create our movie.

We are the creators of our lives, the creators of what we perceive to be our reality and all of our experiences.

Why not embrace the emotion ahead of time?

Why not signal the genes ahead of time?

Dream of your future as if it is taking shape this very moment. Today. Right now.

Get your brain in the game

The leadership part of your brain. Your prefrontal cortex. That’s where it starts.

When the leadership part of your brain switches on, it begins to recruit circuits from the rest of your brain that is relatable to what thoughts and feelings you are experiencing.

Imagine if you think you ‘lack’ in life. You are firing and wiring those neurons. Then, the leadership part of your brain calls out to all that you have learned and experienced, giving you more evidence of lack.

If we keep thinking about our future and bringing it into our present, it will become our reality. Just like when we bring our past into our present moment, we are creating our future from our past experiences.

That’s why you may go through the same situation or scenario but just a different year, time, person, workplace or relationship.

But what if you think ahead of the event and trigger your emotions in the now?

You are then firing new thoughts, new emotions and new sequences. You are creating new patterns that begin to change your mind.

You are literally changing your brain’s wiring.

Thought is action in rehearsal

By thinking and feeling our future, we begin to infuse ourselves into the scene of our future.

How we do this is through mental rehearsal, which involves imagined practice of performing a task in your mind, as opposed to actual practice. That is, when engaging in mental rehearsal, one imagines performing without having to do anything per se.

Once we immerse ourselves in our future scene, we begin to change the chemicals in our brain. We are now creating new neural pathways that we are experiencing in the present moment.

From neuroplasticity research, we know that we can change our brain, which starts to look like our future in the present moment.

Because our brain cannot tell the difference between what is real and what is not real, we can create anything.

If we are committed to daydreaming and we let our emotions of gratitude, abundance and freedom bathe every ounce of our being, we are allowing our mind, body and spirit to receive these chemical signals of prosperity.

In turn, our brain, mind and body behave as if our future has already taken place. Cool, huh?

Thinking it’s possible makes it possible

The latest research on epigenetics tells us that interactions we have with our environment can cause epigenetic changes that affect how our genes work. These interactions include behaviours around relationships, work, health, wellbeing and mindset. The outcome is a change in feeling and a change in emotion. In addition, as we embrace the emotion ahead of the environment, we are signalling the gene ahead of the environment.

Simple, right?

The next time you find yourself swimming in this emotion of lack just because you didn’t receive what you want immediately, use your power to change it.

We just need a little patience. The results are real, and they will come.

Just like gardening, you don’t plant the seed one day and expect a full-blown plant the next day.

First, you need to fertilise the ground and prepare the environment. Then, you need to nurture the seed with food and water. At times, you may need to protect your plant from the environment, depending on the weather.

I am sure you are getting what I am putting down.

The trick is this. If we don’t get what we want straight away, instead of firing the emotion of lack, we have the choice to flip it.

Believing allows you to see the routes to success

If you believe it can be done, then it can be done.

Your mind will find a way to make it happen.

Believing in our dreams will create all the necessary chemicals for our brain and body to get on board, instead of feeling cut off or separate from our dreams when swimming in a pool of lack.

This is how we trick our unconscious mind because it’s the place where all of our files and programs are stored. If we keep pulling these files out, we are actually repeating our past. We are constantly bringing our past into our present and therefore into our future.

The secret to having it all is believing you already have it. Forget all the reasons why it won’t work and believe in the reasons why it will work. Believe in yourself and you will be unstoppable.

Just take it one day at a time.

One step at a time.

Be very clear on what you want to be, do or have in your future. Live your future emotions every day in your present.
