Catherine is here today with Dr. Marcia Reynolds. Dr. Marcia Reynolds who is fascinated by the brain, especially what triggers feelings of connection, commitment, and possibility. She has trained and coached leaders in 36 countries and has presented at the Harvard Kennedy School, Cornell University, Smith College, and the Moscow School of Management in Russia.
Prior to starting her own business, Marcia’s greatest success came from designing the employee development program for a global semiconductor manufacturing company facing bankruptcy. Within three years, the company turned around and became the #1 stock market success in 1993.
Marcia has been a student and researcher of how humans learn for over 3 decades. She has two master’s degrees in communications and adult education. In pursuit of learning more, Marcia earned her doctoral degree in organizational psychology in 2008.

Marcia is a true pioneer in the coaching profession. She is a founding member of the International Coach Federation, was the 5th global president, and is back on the global board as a Director. She was one of the first 25 people to earn the Master Certified Coach designation. She is also the Training Director for the Healthcare Coaching Institute at Virginia Tech and teaches at the International Coaching Academy in Moscow and Create China Coaching in Shanghai and Beijing. She was recognized by the Global Gurus top 30 2107 as the #5 coach in the world.
